We take your list of companies (in any format) and process it semi-automatically with our VAT number search engine.

If a company that is missing the VAT ID has a clear match in the VAT number database, the case is simply handled by our algorithm. In the cases where a machine cannot find a clear association, our trained specialists help out.

Using their experience in the field and knowledge about VAT exemption, registration, and company types / structures, our team of experts can sort out all the remaining cases and will let you know if companies are dissolved, not required to register for VAT, etc.

We charge a success based fee for all the missing VAT IDs we resolve.

Before we receive your data we will sign a standard non-disclosure agreement with your company, such that we are obliged to handle your data with highest confidentiality.
